Loraine “Nanny” McKee, 91, succumbed to Covid on December 8, 2020. Loraine is reunited with her husband, Stanley, who predeceased her 44 years ago, parents Veronica/Donald, sister Maxine, family and friends. Survived by beloved Cheryl, Alicia and Roxie. Also survived by Karen, nephews Duane and David and several cousins. Loraine lived in Syracuse all her life, graduated from Percy Hughes School, worked at GE, was a homemaker and a Girl Scout Leader. Loraine enjoyed talking, couponing, clipping newspaper articles, watching TV, playing bingo and cards (Uno). We would like to especially thank her wonderful nurse Amy for the compassionate care given and to all the staff at Elderwood for their care over the past five years. In keeping with Loraine’s wishes there will be no calling hours or services.
