Lenore A. Sheridan passed away peacefully on April 3, 2021. A lifelong resident of Syracuse, she was born on November 27, 1932. Born to parents William C. Sheridan and Catherine R. (Purcell). She was a graduate of Cathedral High School and had two successful careers. Starting at First Trust & Deposit at age 16, Lennie (Nodie) worked there until 1966. The opportunity arose for her to help open the “new” MONY Towers Service Center where she eventually became the Director of Human Resources. She was pre-deceased by her brothers: Donald, William, Phillip and Patrick; sisters Mary Elizabeth and Catherine Chanley. She is survived by brothers: Martin of Syracuse, Rev. Michael of Dedham, MA and Daniel of Naples, FL; sisters: Eileen Whitham of Clearwater, FL, Margaret Decerce of Liverpool, Marie Feiman of Parker, CO, Anne Yager of Simpsonville, SC.; as well as numerous nieces and nephews; and longtime friends Mary Egan and John Ronan of Syracuse. We’d like to express a special thanks to the staff at Menorah Park for the care they provided.
