Lovina Evans Garner 96, of Syracuse, New York went home to be with the Lord on Monday, April 1, 2013. Born July 21, 1916 in Syracuse, NY, she was the daughter of the late Richard H. Evans and Lovina Webb Evans. She was predeceased by her husband, Lawrence M. Garner and husband, Thomas Pilcher, a son, Harry J. Garner; step sons, Lawrence Garner, Gary Garner; brothers, Harry R. Evans, Neil H. Evans, sisters, Agatha Miller, Nelda Foerch and Jane Coon.
She is survived by her children: Phillip N. Garner, Lovina A. Markee, Sharon B Fehlman (Dan), Danny R. Garner and step son, Richard E. Garner (Virginia); a sister, Phyllis Pandozzi and many grandchildren and great grandchildren. She was greatly loved and will be missed by all.
A private service was held.
