Audrey Sinton, of Syracuse, died on Sunday at Van Duyn. She had been a former executive secretary at Xerox and was an accomplished seamstress. She was pre-deceased by her husband William.
She is survived by her daughters: Carol Sinton-Adams, Donna Gibson; 4 grandchildren: John and Melody Doyle, Michelle and Kristin Gibson; 4 great-grandchildren: Cassandra and Steven Sears, Madison and Dominick Doyle; and a close family friend, Harry Adams. The family wishes to thank the staff on 4C at Van Duyn for the compassion and care they provided to their mother.
A memorial service will be held at 1pm on Thursday at the Goddard-Crandall-Shepardson Funeral Home with burial to follow in White Chapel Cemetery. Friends may greet the family from 12-1 before the service at the funeral home, 3111 James St.
