I knew Mrs Bullard for many, many years starting in the 70's when I took care of Lisa alot on pediatrics, She had the biggest, kindest heart and devoted to helping the impaired, Our friendship continued over the years and I LOVED seeing her every time she was volunteering for Crouse and had a little chat and a hug every time we ran into each other. SPECIAL is the word for her!!!
