Elsie B. Myers, 82, formerly of Kirkville, NY died Wednesday in KY where she has resided for the past 3 years. She was a loving wife, mother, grandmother and great-grandmother who will be missed and remembered by many. She is survived by 4 children; Elizabeth ( Dean) Gambino, Shirley ( DeWayne) Hinkle, Debbie (Clinton) Carr & Frank (Susan) Myers, Jr.; 7 grandchildren; Amy, Amanda, Lauren, Ashley, Brooke, Samantha and Colin; great-granddaughter Madeline; and 2 sisters, Dorothy and Myrtle. Services: 10:00am Monday at Welter-Price Funeral Home, 3111 James St . Burial: White Chapel Cemetery. Calling hours: 9-10am Monday before the service. Condolences at shepardsonfh.com
