Patricia C. Cleary, 84 of Syracuse, passed away peacefully at her home with her loving son by her side on Thursday, December 26th. Born on December 23, 1929 and a 1947 proud graduate of Eastwood High School, she completed over 50 years of service at General Electric and retired in 1997. At General Electric, she began as a secretary and moved up the ranks during her long service to Product Manager and enjoyed every aspect of her career. She is survived by her son, Richard Cleary and her grandchildren, Ryan Cleary (Erin), Jillian Heffernam (Kevin), and Sean Cleary. She was also Great Grandmother to Violet and Lila Cleary. Other relatives include brother, James Eisinger (Martha), Christine Mary and Jennifer Eisinger of Kansas, Linda Vendryes of Canandaigua, NY, Bonnie Jean Calvo (Constant) of Paris, France. Also surviving are nieces, Barbara McCann (Robert), Paula Seetge, Jacqueline Reed and Karen Ingram. Nephews include Richard Doxtator of Florida, Terry Doxtator of Chittenango, NY and Steven Eisinger. She is also survived by her great long-time friend Helga Pendall of East Syracuse.
The family will receive friends from 5 pm - 6 pm followed by a Memorial Service at 6pm on January 2, 2014 at Goddard-Crandall-Shepardson Funeral Home, 3111 James Street.
