F. William "Bill" Price, 70, of Syracuse, passed away on Sunday, April 27, 2014. Bill was a native of Rome and resided in Syracuse for 37 years. He was the former owner of the Welter-Price Funeral Home in Eastwood. He was a veteran of the US Army and served in the Vietnam War.
Bill is survived by his wife of 39 years, Paulette; his son William R. Price II; his daughter Margo-Rae (Kevin) Kovats; a granddaughter due in July; a sister Marcia Patnode; and several nieces and nephews.
Calling hours will be held on Wednesday from 4-7pm at the Welter-Price Funeral Home, 3111 James Street. The funeral mass will be on Thursday at 9am in St. Matthew's Church, East Syracuse.
In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to St. Jude's Children's Hospital or a charity of ones choice.
