Obituary of Elaine M. Finck

Elaine Marie (Mandara) Finck, 57, of Syracuse, died on Friday at the Highlands on Brighton in Rochester. She had worked for 8 years at Thermopatch and had formerly worked at Hoffman Air Filters and was a former employee with M & T Bank. She enjoyed doing crafts and collecting snowmen. For 10 years Elaine was a member of the Abundant Life Institute where she volunteered in their Community Service, Hospitality, and Outreach programs as well as serving as a Teachers Assistant. She is currently a member of Hillsview Church. She is pre-deceased by her parents Frank and Eleanor Mandara. Mrs. Finck is survived by her husband Michael Robert Finck; a brother Michael Mandara; and 3 nephews: Mark, Matthew and Michael Mandara. Funeral services will be held on Wednesday, September 3rd at 11:00 am at the Goddard-Crandall-Shepardson Funeral Home with burial to follow in Woodlawn Cemetery. Calling hours will be held from 10 to 11:00 before the service.
