I write this with a sincere sadness knowing "Uncle Bill" has left us and he will be greatly missed by many but he has left a priceless legacy to those who knew and loved him. I have many fond memories of "Uncle Bill" and my favorite memories were the times at mom and dads (Jim and Lillie Dugan) when we would just sit, talk and catch up on what was going on with life. One way or another "Uncle Bill" always made me laugh. Those times will be missed but I am blessed to have had them. Yes, we have lost an awesome man but heaven has gained an angel. RIP "Uncle Bill".....We love you!
