Aime Paul Brisson, Jr., 65, of Syracuse, died on Monday at St. Joseph's Hospital. He was a veteran of the Army, serving in Vietnam; and was a long time member of the American Legion Pulaski Post #1650. Paul had enjoyed going fishing, golfing and was a NY Jets fan.
He is survived by a daughter: Aimee (Michael) Gill of Liverpool; a son Paul Brisson of Florida; a brother Robert (Amy) of Baldwinsville; sisters: Janice Lindsey of Bridgeport, Patricia Antenucci of Syracuse, Mary (Peter) Copani of Syracuse; grandchildren: Michael & Mackenzie Gill, Marissa, Pauly, Madison Brisson; his long time partner, Barbara Bell; and several nieces and nephews.
Calling hours will be held on Friday from 3-6pm, with a service at the conclusion, at the Goddard-Crandall-Shepardson Funeral Home, 3111 James Street.
Memorial contributions may be made to the Humane Society or to the D.A.V.
