Matthew,
You were in and out of my life from age twelve. You were my very first foster son. We laughed a lot and lifted each other up when we were down. I'm just sorry we didn't connect these last few years but I know you're in Heaven and Full of joy. You'll see my mom and dad who loved you too. We will certainly meet again. Rest in the arms of Jesus. I will always love you as family. Ma Marie
