My mom and I met Lou because we're next door neighbors of his friend, John Urbanek, who recently passed away too. We spoke w Lou on the phone and in person every once in awhile. What a caring, sweet man. We thought he was great. We're proud to have known him and wish your family the best.

The Farrell family were neighbors for years on East Fifth Street in Oswego, NY. Eileen,, I want to express our condolences on behalf of my children who remember all of you as wonderful neighbors. We are so sorry to hear of Lou's passing. He was a wonderful perrson and always stopped to see us when he was in town. I lost my husband, John, on December 9th, 2016 as well.
