Carolyn Helen Bullard, 97, of Elderwood at Liverpool, was born on November 25, 1919 in Syracuse, passed away Tuesday, April 11. Her parents were Clarence Silfer and Julia Stammer Silfer. She is a member of the Amboy Belle Isle Methodist Church. Carolyn participated with the Onondaga Hill Seniors and enjoyed gardening, cooking, bird watching, and was an accomplished Artist having won numerous awards for her work. Her greatest enjoyment in life was the time she spent with her family.
She was predeceased by her Husband Woodrow, Sr., her daughter Carolyn H. Morris and, her granddaughter Jill Overmyer.
Her family includes her sons: Woodrow Jr., William, David, Craig; daughters: Cheryl King, Ruth Bliss, Bette Besaw, Kathy Marsh; several grandchildren, great-grandchildren, and great great grandchildren.
Private funeral services were held at the Frasier-Shepardson Funeral Home. Burial was in White Chapel Memorial Gardens Cemetery.
