George D. Summerville,88, passed away Sunday October 29. He was born on September 2, 1929 in Peekskill, NY. His parents were Charles and Clara Louise Varian Summerville. He had worked in sales for various companies. He was a veteran of the US Navy, loved all sports and was a Mason.
His family includes his wife Oril; son Mark Summerville of Charleston, SC; 3 daughters: Suzanne (William) Telesca of Cicero, Sherri (William) Kitts of Winchester, VA, Beth Summerville of Syracuse; 6 grandchildren Justin, Lauren, Amanda, Caitlyn, Allison, Andrew; and several nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be at the Goddard-Crandall-Shepardson Funeral Home, Inc. on Saturday from 10 to 11:00 am. Services will follow at Woodlawn Cemetery.
