Obituary of Margaret Rose Macri

Margaret Rose Macri, 93, of Syracuse, died peacefully at her home on Saturday, April 28, 2018 and entered Heaven.  She was born in Brockville, Ontario, Canada and was predeceased by her parents were James & Helen Whiting and her husband Joseph.  She had worked for the E. Cramer Clothing store.  Margaret enjoyed bowling, playing cards, fishing, playing BINGO with her precious friend Marlene Ward, and spending time with her friends and family.
She is survived by a son: Robert and partner Denise Schall of Colorado Springs, CO; daughter: Linda (Fred) Sorrendino of Manlius; sister-in-law Mary Whiting of Liverpool; grandchildren: Abbie (Andrew) Brenner and David Sorrendino; several nieces and nephews and her cat Buckley.

Funeral services will be Friday, May 18 at 11AM at the Goddard-Crandall-Shepardson Funeral Home with burial to follow in White Chapel Cemetery, Dewitt.  Calling hours are Thursday, May 17 from 4-7pm at the funeral home, 3111 James Street.  Contributions may be made to PACE of CNY.
