TAPPER, Bruce, 84, passed away on February 8, 2019 in Syracuse, New York. He was born on December 04, 1934 in Syracuse, New York. He was in a High School band and he played football in Eastwood High School. He graduated in 1952 then he went to Annapolis Naval Academy. He was in the marching band for Annapolis. He graduated from Annapolis in 1956. He then went to serve in the Navy.
There will be memorial services held at St. Paul’s Episcopal Church at 2:00 PM on February 16th. Donations may be given to St. Paul’s Episcopal Church.
