James J. Mosher, 84, of North Syracuse, died on September 6, 2019. He was a former manager at Peat, Marwick, Mitchel & Company. There are no known survivors. Predeceased by parents James and Ellen Mosher. Graveside services are Wednesday at 1pm in St. Agnes Cemetery. Condolences at www.welterprice.com.
