David B. Kratz, 75, formerly of Solvay, died on Sunday at Van Duyn. He had retired from Syroco and enjoyed bowling, hunting and fishing. He was pre-deceased by his parents: Jacob & Delia (Bloodgood) Kratz; sisters: Dorine Watson, Norma Miller, Carol Baldwin; and aunt Florence Palumbo.
He is survived by his sons: David (Monica) of Syracuse, Michael (Anne Marie) of East Syracuse; daughter Maria Kratz of Syracuse; and 5 grandchildren.
A funeral service will be held on Wednesday at 10a.m. at the Frasier-Shepardson Funeral Home with burial to follow in White Chapel Cemetery, Dewitt.
