Obituary of Patricia Ann Mascato

Patricia Ann Mascato, 71, of East Syracuse, died on Monday, April 20, 2020 at St. Joseph’s Hospital. Patty retired in 2010 as a senior corrections officer from Onondaga County after 23 years of service. She also was employed as a bartender at Dominick’s Restaurant for several years. Patty loved spending time with her family, playing the slots and vacationing on the ocean in Atlantic City.
She is survived by her children: Ned of Syracuse, Michael (Colette Shepard) of Liverpool, and Chrissy (Kelly Kiggins) of Syracuse; sister Barb Miles; brother Robert Howe (Karla Dimico); grandchildren: Christopher, Victoria, Mason & Noah; great-grandson Amari; and several nieces and nephews.
Funeral services will be held in the future. In lieu of flowers, please honor Patty’s memory with a donation to the SPCA, 5878 E. Molloy Rd. Syracuse, NY 13211.
