Doris Edna Van Wormer, 94, of Syracuse, died on Saturday at Iroquois Nursing Home. Doris graduated from North High School, retired from Crucible and was a member of Lyncourt Wesleyan Church.
She is survived by several nieces and a nephew.
Funeral services will be held at the conclusion of a visitation from 11-12 on Friday at the Goddard-Crandall-Shepardson Funeral Home, 3111 James Street. Private burial will be in Collamer Cemetery. Memorial contributions may be made to the Alzheimer's Association of CNY.
